Now you can extend the warranty on any Crimsafe Ultimate product from 10 years to 15 years!
You can also extend the warranty on any Crimsafe Regular product from 10 years to 12 years!
Crimsafe products kept clean in accordance with our Care and Maintenance Guide are warranted to be free from defects for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. You can view the full 10 Year General Warranty and the Care and Maintenance Guide here.

Crimsafe extended warranties are available only by registering online.
It's easy
- Tell us who you are and where the property is located
- Identify the Crimsafe manufacturer and provide purchase details
- Select your products
- Download your Extended Warranty Certificate
You will need to have handy:
Your invoice. You will need to select your product details and to identify the Company that supplied your Crimsafe products from this invoice.
You have 60 days from the date on your invoice in which to register for the extended warranty. If you do not wish to register an extended warranty that's okay, the standard Crimsafe warranty of 10 years will still apply.
Who can register?
You must have purchased your Crimsafe Ultimate or Crimsafe Regular Product on or after 1 November 2012
You must register your purchased product within 60 days of the purchase date.
Will it cost anything extra?
No. There is absolutely no charge for registering an extended warranty. The extended warranty is subject to terms and conditions which can be viewed here or on the registration form.
